Good Morning Green Smoothie Recipe

The Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 fresh or frozen medium banana
  • 1 cup kale, stems removed
  • 1/2 medium apple, core and stem removed
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • A dash of high quality salt (Celtic sea salt or Himalayan salt for example)
  • A little honey, maple syrup, or stevia to sweeten (optional)

The Add-ons

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup goji berries
  • 1 serving of your preferred protein powder
  • 1 serving green superfood powder

Show Time

Place all of the ingredients into your high speed blender and blend away for 30-45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
