For some reason it took me a while to try an avocado in my smoothie, but now it’s one of my favorite ingredients. Avocados give your smoothie a rich and creamy consistency while providing an array of health benefits.
Here are a few avocado health highlights.

If I was stranded on an island and could only eat one thing, it would be chocolate smoothies. Who doesn’t love chocolate? It’s the feel good food. To be clear, the kind of chocolate I’m referring to is the raw form, or cacao. Standard store bought chocolate syrups and powders will quickly turn a healthy smoothie into a junk food drink.
