You want to eat healthy, but don’t always have time to make something. Even preparing smoothies can be a time consuming process.
However, there are ways to reduce the time involved in buying and preparing the ingredients for several smoothies a week. By employing one or more of the techniques I outline below, you too can shave time off of your smoothie making endeavors.

Combining the taste of chocolate and orange in a smoothie is a match made in heaven. The chocolate and orange combo isn’t quite as popular as chocolate and cherry or chocolate and raspberry, but it’s definitely in the same league of tastiness.

Lately, I’ve been adding more herbs into my smoothies for the health benefits and taste. Mint is another one of my favorites because of the subtle flavor it imparts and the memories it conjures up of the mint chocolate chip ice cream I use to love as a kid. In my experience mint blends well into most smoothies.
