The Apple Cobbler Smoothie Recipe

This smoothie recipe comes from Anthony Anderson and Nick “Natureboy” Stern of Sun Warrior. Both Anthony and Nick have inspired and influenced me over the years with great information and ideas for my own smoothies and many other health related subjects.

Here’s the video of Anthony and Nick making the apple cobbler smoothie.

The Ingredients

  • 8 oz of organic apple juice
  • 2 scoops of Sun Warrior Protein or Warrior Blend (Vanilla)
  • 4 ice cubes (optionally made from apple juice)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Show Time

Place all of the ingredients into your high-speed blender and blend for around 30-45 seconds or until nice and smooth.
