This green smoothie features one of my favorite green superfood powders, Ormus Supergreens.
I recommend green superfood powders for one or more of the following reasons: getting your daily allowance of veggies is a challenge, traditional green smoothies (blended green leafy vegetables) aren’t your thing, you want to incorporate an extremely nutrient dense green superfood into your diet.
For a lot of people using green superfood powders is sort of graduation to the next level of smoothie making, but in reality they can be a great starter ingredient if you want your smoothies loaded with nutrition, without much effort, right off the bat.

I’m back with another smoothie that I consider a mild detoxifier. It’s my belief that if you routinely consume foods and herbs that help the body detox, you don’t need to engage in extreme detox protocols or diets such as the master cleanse or olive oil liver flushes very often, if at all.
Is there any better smoothie ingredient than berries? Blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, goji berries, mulberries…oh how I love thee!
This smoothie exemplifies one of my favorite aspects of smoothies. Creating an absolutely delicious drink containing a number of healthy ingredients that you wouldn’t normally consume individually, unless you like to gag :)
I love fruit and green smoothies as much as the next person, but superfood smoothies are by far my favorite. A smoothie for breakfast full of real superfoods never fails to put me a good mood, with plenty of energy, and a positive, up-beat attitude for the entire day.
Oh man is that good! That’s exactly what ran through my head after a big gulp of this smoothie. Kiwi, strawberry, and banana are a match made in smoothie heaven.
